The term might have been used since WWII, but the meaning of the term was changed during the reign of Bush II and Cheney I so that it included persons not formerly included.

So the meaning of the term is actually just being reset back to what it used to be, prior to those destroyers of America ever being elected.

Raul, that's BS, nothing has changed except semantics. Did you read the article? The "detainees" (how's that?) legal status has not changed.
