“Archaic Embargo Hurts U.S. Consumers”

Iran sits on the world's third largest oil reserves (140, billion barrels) and was the world's 2nd largest oil exporter in the 1970's.

But the U.S. Gov. (grimacing from the firm testicular grip of a powerful domestic lobby) prevents U.S. companies from any access to these enormous reserves--and thus condemns the hard-pressed U.S. consumer to ever-rising gasoline prices.

A snickering Europe, Japan and China, on the other hand, take full advantage of this Iranian oil.

With all that oil money you'd think (State-sponsor-of-terrorism) Iran could mount an effective lobbying campaign in the U.S., planting an editorial or two along the above lines every week or so.

Instead, lobbying-wise, (state-sponsor-of terrorism) Cuba (claiming reserves of 20 billion barrels, a figure they pulled by reaching posteriorward) leaves the nincompoop Iranians gasping in the dust, planting ten to twenty editorials in their favor almost daily!

And making it seem like U.S. oil companies (and American consumers) are being played for saps and suckers by the U.S. "Embargo," on Cuba!

Unreal.

But of course, the archaic Stalinist dictatorship that has utterly ruined the once-thriving Cuba is a non-issue.
