Che Ditzes

"We are just two girls who went to Cuba and fell in love with Che! This is our story.....We are amassing an impressive collection of these photos because, as it turns out, Che gets around. He is kind of like Coca-Cola or Nescafe. He is everywhere and we are fascinated."

Unreal.

Friends, there are many Che photos we can send these intellectual colossi:

I've started the process:

  • Facebook
  • Yahoo! Buzz
  • Digg
  • del.icio.us
  • Google Bookmarks

I'm absolutely stunned by the ignorant glibness of those girls. I ... I ... I'm just competely speechless.

Probably part of the "Yes We Can" crowd. Spoiled ingrates - products of a prosperous and free society that has never tasted tyranny and prolonged deprivation. Sad and sickening...

    WTF?!?!?

    Nescafe???

    WhoTF drinks that shit?

Oh, that's right ... Girls who would more than likely incessantly write serial killers who ate their victims' sex organs, sitting on death row in prison ... begging to marry them and carry their evil seed to rotten fruit ...

    Um-k

lol check out their feeble attempt to try and be neutral at the bottom of the page.

    From the interview:

What do you say to all the Cuban Americans and others who loathe Che, are quick to point out the violence he wrought and see him as anything but a hero?

Westhoff: We’re really trying to make a separation between the man and the image. We’ve really tried to educate ourselves about who he is, so we understand that there’s this really violent side to him. Knowing what we know about him, why are we so drawn to him? My mom hates it, every time she sees me post another picture of Che, she says, “Oh please stop doing that, Kelly, it’s just so Communist!”

We’re not trying to promote Che’s cause or to feed it one way or the other. That’s not what we’re interested in—we’re interested in the spread of the picture, and all the ways the picture is being used. We’re trying to say, isn’t it fascinating that this one image has traveled the world?

  • "What do you hope visitors will learn or take away from Che Spotting?" asks a Ditz' interviewer .

"We hope Che Spotting will inspire people to travel," answers the Ditz. "After all, Che would approve of that. He would want people to get out there and see what is going on in the world."

The Cuban Archives has the names of hundreds of machine-gunned and drowned Cubans whose crime was attempting to travel from the nation Che co-ruled.

To this day traveling from one province of the nation Che co-ruled to another without Government "papers" can land you in a torture chamber.

    Absolutely un--freakin--real!

Quite funny (not the "ha-ha" funny) ... but Jesus Christ's image has been very well traveled around the world for centuries ... and He never slaughtered a single person. Quite the contrary, He often times brought them back to life.

Che, on the other hand, did slaughter countless numbers ... and his results from a "revolution" have been the lifelessness and hopelessness of a people on an island nation for 50 years.

Yet, peace/love Christ is spit upon and dunked in jars of urine and blamed for "Christians" who supposedly do things in His name.

Whereas murdering/destructive Che is given absolutely no responsibility for his mortal sins against humanity and garners love and admiration from followers who would see him as some disjointed pop culture saint ... and herald his image as such.

    So a failed physician/failed revolutionary/murderer, a self-medicating poet/playwright, and a philosopher/Mystic/"Messiah" walk into a bar...

  • OK, I'll admit to roaring "a carcajadas!" to poor Miss Teen USA South Carolina contestant, Caitlin Upton.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lj3iNxZ8Dww

The poor girl was young, nervous, unprepared--but nothing she (tried) to say can compare to what these more mature and ultra-"educated" Ditzes for Che put on the record with deliberation and preparation.

Nothing on the record by Caitlin Upton or Jessica Simpson can top this.

Hmmm... I wonder if HitlerSpotting.com is taken??

http://www.cubaarchive.org/downloads/CA08.pdf <- #61 on that list was my aunt's father. She never met him because che killed him the month before she was born.

    What ignorant fools.
