How Does The Obama Administration Categorize Anti-Castro Cubans?
In the same breath with the KKK, the Nazis, Animal Rights Activits, hate groups, etc. in their Domestic Extremism Lexicon.
This is how we are defined by the kinder, gentler, socialist government:
"(U) Cuban independence extremism - (U//FOUO) A movement of groups or individuals who do not recognize the legitimacy of the Communist Cuban Government and who attempt to subvert it through acts of violence, mainly within the United States. (also: anti-Castro groups)"
What is ironic is that this definition by its very nature implies that the government of fidel and raul are "legitimate." To give them some credit, at least they've also included a definition which encompasses all those lefties out there which have nothing better to do than to obsess with what we write over here ....
"(U) leftwing extremism - (U//FOUO) A movement of groups or individuals that embraces anticapitalist, Communist, or Socialist doctrines and seeks to bring about change through violent revolution rather than through established political processes. The term also refers to leftwing, single-issue extremist movements that are dedicated to causes such as environmentalism, opposition to war, and the rights of animals. (also: far left, extreme left)"
Semper Infidelious infidels!

WOW. Are you sure this isn't coming out of the Cuban government?? Leftwing extremisim sounds soooo lovely!
Since when the Castro Communist tyranny is a legitimate form of government?
Somehow this administration actions and rhetoric does not surprise me at all.
Next we'll hear that they're monitoring sites like Babalu.
As far as I'm concerned this administration can kiss my Cuban ass.
Lets see here
Animal righst groups are (sensitive)
"A movement of groups or individuals who
ascribe equal value to all living organisms and seek to end the
perceived abuse and suffering of animals. They believe
animals are sentient creatures that experience emotional,
physical, and mental awareness and deserve many of the
same rights as human beings; for example, the right to life
and freedom to engage in normal, instinctive animal behavior."
Anti abortion are (violent)
A movement of groups or individuals who are
virulently antiabortion and advocate violence against
providers of abortion-related services, their employees, and
their facilities. Some cite various racist and anti-Semitic
beliefs to justify their criminal activities.
Anti illegals are (extremists who want laws enforced)
A movement of groups or individuals who are
vehemently opposed to illegal immigration, particularly along
the U.S. southwest border with Mexico, and who have been
known to advocate or engage in criminal activity and plot acts
of violence and terrorism to advance their extremist goals.
But the funniest is the black groups who have no violence mentioned
(U) black nationalism (U//FOUO) A term used by black separatists to promote the
unification and separate identity of persons of black or
African American descent and who advocate the
establishment of a separate nation within the United States.
(U) black power (U//FOUO) A term used by black separatists to describe their
pride in and the perceived superiority of the black race.
Notice any slant?
Peta must hate pototo.
This is my kind of letter.
What about those who do not go to tea parties yet describe them, with the msm as their source, as the usual crazies coming out of the woodwork, or those who have some choice names for Rush, but they never listen to him, or those who define Joe the Plumber in all kinds of derogatory ways simply because he asked a good question. We will not discuss what they did to Palin.
Happiness for me would be Palin as president and an undoing of most of Obama's agenda.
Honey I love this part you wrote,
"Happiness for me would be Palin as president and an undoing of most of Obama's agenda."
The MSM and Co would go bonkers if this scenario would ever become reality and I would also would be very happy too.
Palin for President? Que que? Doesn't the Republican Party have anyone else in the ranks who can speak intelligently about foreign policy and the economy? The woman is an imbecile. For the love of all that's holy, draft Tom Kean, resurrect William Scranton, find the second coming of Eisenhower, recruit Lindsay Graham. Do something other than pin your hopes for the resurrection of the party on a woman whose foreign policy bona fides consist of seeing Russia from her bedroom window and getting a despojo from an African witch doctor. This is the part of Abraham Lincoln for Christ's sake, act like it.
Caballero,
You are just what I was describing in my response to pototo. You base your opinions on the current dogma. Spare me, please, your Kean, Scranton, Graham recommendations. These are warmed over past history. And certainly not what is needed now.
Palin was misrepresented by the msm. A SNL joke and a potshot about a witch doctor will get you nowhere here.
And before you complain about this being the part of Abraham Lincoln, just look at who is in the part now.
Palin is a star, a natural, smart, conservative, and a knockout, and I'm not just referring to her looks.
I wonder sometimes why you choose to write here. It would never interest me to write on a liberal blog because I know that my ideas would be anathema to them. Your comment would get you cheers on Air America. Here you only display your thoughtlessness.
Hey Honey,
I know what you mean as I have done one tea party already and the coverage was pathetic. Don't forget the national tea party in Sept. Maybe we need a Cuban delegation?
Honey,
If preaching to the choir floats your boat, alla tu. I prefer dealing with people with whom I don't regularly agree because I might learn/teach something. If you think that Kean and Scranton and Graham are past history (is there any other type of history, btw?) then I suspect you would like a smaller, less influential party to which to belong. Palin is a conservative and she is a star of sorts but it takes a mind-blowing suspension of disbelief to say she is smart in the way that people need to be smart to be considered for the post of President of the United States. She is part of a long line of politicians in this country--from both parties--who trade on looks in the absence of substance. You rally around her candidacy at the risk of continuing the GOPs slide into meaninglessness. BTW, I don't listen to Air America, I'm not a member of the ACLU, and I don't wear Che Guevara shirts. I just happen to disagree with you. There was a time in this country when that didn't make us enemies and in fact when debate made us stronger as a nation. Maybe you have abandoned that idea of Nation but I haven't.
While the true caballero de paris was a nut in Cuba I must agree on this one. Palin would be suicide for the GOP. We need another Reaganesque candidate. Palin is not the one.
"I know what you mean as I have done one tea party already and the coverage was pathetic."
Let's be brutally honest here, the most generous overall attendance at the tea parties was 1,014,000 to 1,071,000 (source: the conservative center-right Internet TV company Pajamas TV). Less biased sources put attendance at possibly half of that, maybe even less. Just based on the number of people attending, it's pretty amazing that the tea parties attracted as much MSM coverage as they did.
"Palin is a star, a natural, smart, conservative, and a knockout, and I'm not just referring to her looks."
Come on. pototo and calleb are absolutely right on this one. Palin is poison.
Incidentally, Palin has now officially joined the National Council for a New America (formerly known as the Jeb and Mitt road show), which was created to re-brand the image of the Republican Party.

People,
Start drilling this fact into your heads.
If the MSM had wanted to put Sarah Palin on a pedestal she would be on it today.
Instead they chose to put the “Messiah” on that pedestal that he does not belong and today he’s our current President because the American people swallowed the hook line and sinker from the MSM.
Barack Obama has been in office for four months and so far we have seen far more screw-ups by him that anything you could ever point at Sara Palin as the MSM goes to enormous lengths to ignore Obama’s foibles, yet some of you on this blog continue to call her stupid and to buy into that same MSM line.
You should know better by now.
Some of you might not remember this fact but for many years before Ronald Wilson Reagan before he became our fortieth President he was vilified by the MSM in many ways shapes and forms, I certainly remember.
In those days he did not have a snowball chance in hell on reaching the oval office.
Only until the American people finally got feed-up with the way the country was going in the 1970s and the total disaster that the Jimmy Carter administration became, that they finally opened up their eyes and minds and embraced Reagan’s ideals and his personal charisma.
At that point the MSM could no longer stop the onset of the Reagan revolution and his ascent to power.
Personally I see a down to earth, genuine American values individual with more common sense and a real, sincere desire in Sara Palin to lead this country out of the mess that we’re in today than in the majority of the RINOs (and non-RINOs) in her party.
The MSM knows this fact and are trying to derail her political future in every which way possible. Unfortunately some Republicans unknowingly have joined the MSM on this campaign.
Unfortunately many Americans have not realized this fact yet, but you know what?
Wait until Obama totally screws-up this country (this is a fact I guarantee you) and them we’ll see if her political fortunes change.
The mere fact that John McCain got the votes he got during the last election was because of her as she energized the Republican base.
Unfortunately the independents, the Reagan Democrats (and looks like some of you on this blog) are still buying the bullshit line from the MSM on Sara that prevented John McCain from capturing enough votes to be our next President (look how much bias continue coming from the MSM against her).
Look at Joe Biden and compare him with Sara Palin and sincerely tells me who’s the real stupid character here?
Every time Joe opens his mouth his foot ends up in it or a big lie comes out of it.
Yet he’s the man poised to be our next President if anything happens to Obama (go figure).
By the way Joe Biden has been in Congress for decades affected by that same chronic foot in the mouth and pathological lying disease that he displays today.
Look what happened to Joe the Plumber and the total character assassination he took by the MSM because he had the courage to speak-up against Obama.
See anyone who dares in any way shape or form to publicly speak today against the liberal values in our society and the wrong way our country is heading and see how that person is made to look like an idiot and their characters dragged through the mud by the MSM.
Tell me is not true.
Please open-up your eyes and your minds once and for all and look were the real stupid politicians are today:
1. 1600 Pensylvannia Avenue.
2. Number One Observatory Circle
3. Both Houses of Congress (the majority on the Democratic side).
Freedom ,
I agree in every detail. Tonight I was at a rally for Lonegan who is running for governor of N.J. Joe the plumber was there. He rallied the very large crowd.
Caballero, surely you are joking. "She is part of a long line of candidates...who trade on looks in the absence of substance." Does the name Obama ring a bell? Whatever one can call substance in his presidency, I call devastatingly bad choices for this country.
I want my party to expand but not at the expense of not being true to its ideals. As Freedom says, so many criticized, vilified and ridiculed Reagan before during and after. But he is still the best president of the past 100 years.
I'll take Palin over Biden and Obama for substance and correct ideas. And yes, I stand by my opinion. I think she would make a great president.
Honey,
Was Ted Nugent at the Lonegan rally, too?
I think that your support of Lonegan speaks to my point. Steve Lonegan is a three-time loser when running for office outside of Bogota, NJ. Why? Because his politics are so decidedly outside of the mainstream that the average NJ voter simply cannot bring herself to pull the lever for him. You will support Lonegan in a primary, he will beat Chris Christie (whose credentials as a corruption-fighter in NJ make him the person most feared by the Corzine campaign), and you will watch as the state re-elects a Democratic governor whose approval ratings are at historic lows. I hope you enjoy the political wilderness because that is where the GOP is heading.
Caballero,
My two cents,
Mainstream politics in America today seems defined in big part by the MSM and their cohorts and constitutes a big part of America's decline.
If that is the case, I could care less about it.
I guarantee you that the American people one way or another will pay a big price for following these political mainstream standards set by the MSM.
Freedom,
It is absolutely your right to care less about mainstream politics. But there is a price to pay for not caring, namely, watching the GOP slip into oblivion. I long ago left the party but I can tell you that it is bad for America to have the GOP be nothing more than a party that grouses about the MSM and fields candidates for public office who pass some ideological litmus test but can't win races. Anyway, mis dos centavitos.
Caballero,
The American people will have to realize at one point or another that if they keep following the MSM standards for mainstream politic in America they'll be doomed.
When will they realize this fact?
When things continue going from bad to worse because of the decisions made by those politicians in power that are supported by the MSM.
I long ago gave up taking advice from people who are not in the republican party.
Let's wait and see how things play out before we pontificate that what we have in mind is going to be a losing proposition for us. I will say this. If all those moderates, etc. predicting doom if the Republican party doesn't move to the left are correct, then this country is in bigger trouble than I thought.
There is not doubt in my mind that this country is in bigger trouble that we think.
That's why I pray that the American people come to their senses once and for all.
I feel that this change will be triggered by a very painful event on America and it's people.
History has taught me that the American people only learn their lessons the hard way as they don't know any better.
