    There may well be worse people in Congress than this oily toad of a man, but few more overtly repugnant. Still, at least he's brazen enough that anyone with half a brain should be able to figure out he should NOT be in Congress. The question is, why has he been able to stay in office? What the hell is wrong with people that would vote for him? Is there something seriously wrong with the water in Massachusetts, which is also very OK with someone like Ted Kennedy?
