Other than the complete destruction of this country and the world going to hell in a handbasket, what's going on?

That about covers it...
Val,
I wanted to share this excellent video made by a Floridian on our present "chief administrator" ... it's well though, rational and hard to refute!

Waiting for my favorite nephew to get back from Iraq so we can have a great party welcoming our family hero home! He should be here in Miami in about a week and a half and you'll be able to hear the party for miles around! This has been his fourth tour of duty since 2001! The One may not be proud of our service men and women, but my family and I sure are!
Melek,
He doesn't know who he is going to vote for? Give him a clue. He'll vote for Rubio.
Orgullosa, God bless your nephew and thank him for his service! Our son-in-law is due home from Irag as well.

Ziva, how wonderful! When is he due back? I plan to take lots of picture of the welcome home and will be e-mailing them to you. Please thank your Son-in-Law also for his service. I always make a point of stopping and thanking any service personnel I run into, no matter where it is.
George summed it up pretty good. And still have my job! Woo hoo!
Orgullosa, this week if all goes as planned. They're in TN, so we won't be seeing him for awhile. Thanks, and I hope to have photos soon!
Working hard, celebrating a new niece, + on my way to MIA this week; hoping to run into some of those troops that arrive weekly at DFW so I can thank them ... bless 'em.
Yoani Sanchez and Generacion Y received an award from Columbia University, as reported by El Nuevo Herald. Still checking to find something in English...
For any who are interested in Honduran news, but can't get by the Spanish newspapers, La Prensa, Honduras now has much of the political news in an English section. http://eng.laprensa.hn/Secciones-Frias/English-Version
On a completely unrelated note, wouldn't a BB&B sandwich (bacon, bacon and bacon) be a good lunch for a tuesday?

I went to watch the Dodgers play the Marlins on Saturday. Great ending to the game. Casey Blake scored the winning run in the bottom of the 9th. Unfortunately, the Marlins took 2 out of 3.
