The tree my mom gave me a few years ago just fruited for the first time and the aroma of these beauties in my kitchen is driving me nuts.

I've eaten about as many as you see here in the picture and there's quite a few more still ripening on the tree.

Does anyone have a dulce de guayaba recipe like abuela used to make that they'd like to share?
