There was Uribe and Colombia, but even Uribe is somewhat spotty, certainly when it comes to dealing with Cuba. Honduras has surprised me in a very good way, and I truly hope and wish the Hondurans will prevail against the absolutely nauseating, beyond shameful hypocrisy and bad faith of practically the whole world, the US included. This situation goes to show, among other things, that at least the world's abysmal record on Cuba is "nothing personal." They'd screw over ANYBODY who bucks ideological fashion, especially if they think they can get away with it. I'm very proud of the Honduran people just now; God bless them.
