reporter Jaime Leygonier, on how Castro's KGB and STASI- trained police forces are preparing for the Juanes concert: the midnight knocks ,threats of mass-jailings, signed confessions, the whole Stalinist bit, Castro's people learned so well from their mentors and suitors.
