The letters for those who can nominate award recipients went out on September 2008. Their nominations had to be postmarked no later than February 1st 2009! So someone or some group may had nominated "The One" right after he won the presidency. As we all know ... it had nothing to do with accomplishments!!! Cult of Personality???

Yes, all this I do know.
However, my query is a carrot for the MSm to bite at ... but the won't, because he is not a republican POTUS with the same situation.
As a matter of fact, wondering if the MSM (someone at MSNBC) might not have a hand in his name being sent along.
By this time of day we would be hearing the MSM demanding an answer to this question.
BTW, I was NOT aware he'd even been "nominated".

I knew he had been nominated months ago, when I did some research on Irene Sandler, whose Nobel Peace Prize IMO, was unfairly awarded to Gore. The moment I read that "The One" was among those nominated, I had a feeling that he would be the one "crowned" with the award. All we have to consider is previous recipients and the fact that the same people or groups who were entitled to nominate a Jimmy Carter and an Al Gore, more likely would nominate EGObama!

This was a complete shock to me i didnt even know he had been nominated. My hope really is fading that things will get better.
