A portrait of the left

grayson

Take a good look at the portrait above of Florida Congressman Alan Grayson (D). This, my friends, is the face of the left in this nation.

Grayson represents the cowardice and the vitriol that permeates the fabric of the American left. While the majority of leftists keep their most vile thoughts and perceptions amongst themselves, Grayson indiscriminately spews their deep seeded hatred out from his mouth, soaking everyone within earshot with putrid venom as if he were Linda Blair in The Exorcist. He does this not because he is braver than his leftist brethren--in reality he is nothing but a coward. His lack of control comes from the desperation of realizing that he, and those that share his ideology, are as impotent in power as they were out of power.

Now the left would much rather have Barack Obama be the face that represents them. His smooth delivery and noncommittal to anything substantive in public is what they believe to be the perfect method to enact an agenda that the vast majority of Americans reject. But the problem the left has is that President Obama is the political equivalent of Milli Vanilli. Although he has stage presence and can put on a good show, the message he lip syncs from his teleprompter is empty and not representative of reality. And it is interesting to note that just as Milli Vanilli won a Grammy for doing nothing, Obama was awarded a Nobel Prize for nothing more than his lack of substance. In the end, the Obama we see on stage is a manufactured production created to hide the truth.

The real face of the left is Alan Grayson. He is the person we should be listening to if we want to know what the left in this nation really thinks and believes. Barack Obama can lip sync all the niceties and feelgood lyrics written by his handlers, but the real message from the left comes from Alan Grayson.

Take a good look once again at the face above; this picture is not only a portrait of the congressman, it is a portrait of the left.
