Obviously for different reasons (and I may have related this to you before), but my Hungarian Grandfather used to smoke Camel filterless. Said on the pack they were "Turkish" cigarettes.

He HATED the Turks. Used to say every time he lit a cigarette he was "lighting up a Turk".
