Did the U.S. Smuggle Zelaya into Honduras??!!

Amigo!....AMIGA!!!

Amigo!....AMIGA!!!

A well-informed Honduran blogger of U.S. extraction posts the following:

On Sunday night, September 20th at ten o'clock, a Venezuelan jet coming from Nicaragua made an unauthorized landing at the international airport in San Salvador (in neighbiring El Salvador). On that aircraft was Jose Manuel Zelaya.

So, how did Zelaya get to the Brazilian Embassy in Tegucigalpa?

*the time-line simply doesn't work out for him to have traveled by car.

The only way Mel could have entered Honduras was by airplane..

and there are only four (five if you count Roatan) airstrips in the country that the Venezuelan jet could land on: LaCeiba, San Pedro Sula, Tegucigalpa and Palmerola (U.S. Base)

* It is highly unlikely that the plane landed at any of the International Airports.

* The only strip in the country that could handle that plane, and is close to Tegucigalpa (1 hour driving time), AND could provide the secrecy needed to make this late night insertion, is U.S. Base Palmerola.

entire fascinating thing here.

Unreal

Whaddja Expect? - Our President and Secretary of State are more or less COMMUNISTS - Our President MORE, our Secretary of State - a bit LESS SO. They are like the Cabinet Fulgencio Batista had around him in 1958. Batista thought he could "RIDE" the Tiger. At least the Tiger/TIGRE was kind enough to him to let him go into exile. Question is, where do US Citizens go for refuge? Australia?

It would not surprise me a single bit.

    Kind of expected it.

Ecosse81251, the difference is that Batista paid off his corrupt Mafia cronies ... here in the US our mafia are in the White House.

Thanks for el Blogecito by an expatriate very interesting article in the abuse of American power
No, no surprise here it just makes me wonder how man 'other' conspiracy theories are also true?
Ecosee where Americans citizens go for refuge is a very personal decision! I would recommend a small third world country country with old time values, especially one that is not in the crosshairs of a WMD.
Through my blog I have met expatriates from all four comers of the globe who have left the US because of a perceived persecution and lack of freedom as I like say "You don't have to be in a train wreck to see one coming!" Don't get me wrong I love what the U.S. and it's founders environed when the Constitution meant something...
When numerous people I've met through my blog and because of illness, old age, dementia or a dysfunctional family member had their parents put in a forced Guardianship, put in a place they did not want to be,chemically restrained, their assets confiscated, and the older folks euthanized when the money ran out, that's when I made the decision to move my business elsewhere. Be prepared and God help us to get through that which awaits us...

Just wait till Obama reverts back to the Eisenhower era top marginal tax rate of 91 % ...

    Chavez will be impressed.

I have no doubt that the Honduran government KNOWS exactly how zelaya got into the country. I'm by no means an expert on traffic control but I believe that even a "third word country" knows how to track air traffic on their territory.

Any airplane, be it commercial, cargo, military etc. flying over Honduran territory had to have been under the control of Air Traffic Control Tower and/or detected by radar. Suffice it to say that there's no way zelaya arrived on a regular scheduled flight. Had he landed on one of the international airports in Honduras he would've been arrested on the spot.

zelaya landed under the cover of darkness on an aircraft that didn't raise any alarm to those monitoring the skies over Honduras. More than likely this flight was a common occurrence hence it didn't raise any eyebrows. The most likely aircraft is a military plane. An American military plane! Otherwise, zelaya ran the risk of being found out. The Brazilian or Venezuelan embassies couldn't have pulled this off being that they have to land their aircraft in a commercial airport. There's no way employees at the airport could've missed zelaya. Word would've spread like wildfire.

As to arriving by land. No Way, No how, not in this lifetime. zelaya and his cronies would've never taken that chance. Many things can happen on the road. No, No, No... These people are not dumb.

How about it Ileana, Lincoln, Mario and Bob? Will you ask about this in the congress?

  • lmemart

I actually heard this "rumor" from someone in NOLA the day it happened.

  • jsb

Highly unlikely scenario based on the previous posturing of the administration and their go slow approach to the crisis. ...and based on pure speculation. It's more likely Nicaraguan & Venezuelan intelligence services delivered him by car.

This all has the smell of 1933 in Cuba

when Sumner Welles and his boy friend William Arthur Weiland (Guillermo Arturo Montenegro, yes the same one who sent misleading reports from Bogota in 1948, and who diddled the Bay of Pigs plan ...) decided to direct the destinies of Cuba.

Then this pair of idiots rejected the ideas of the old Mambi

and instead picked up on "El Mulato Lindo" who also did not know what he was doing but what ever he knew how to hold power. So many died in Cuba because of this nonsense especially in the Hotel Nacional and at Atares ...
but also in the countryside even on family land ...

And all the while Fabio Grobart (the most effective of all Iron Feliks students) the Stalinist agent
    was planning Cuba's communist future.

    What a mess ...

Also keep an eye on the case of the US vice consul (a post often associated with the CIA, remember James Weicha in Santiago of the late 1950s who donated money and radio to Castro)in Curacao. This seems to be part of the attempts to monitor Chavez more than that poor disappeared Natalee Holloway girl.

I wonder who ratted on poor Jame Hogan ...

This is a "I told you so" post....I posted this fact on my Face Book when Zelaya first appeared in the Brazil Embassy. ALL THE RADIO STATIONS were broadcasting this fact. What we need now is to catch Bama's hand in the cokkie jar to burn him in a scandel. Why? Because this would be meddling in another's country on the Communist's behalf.
