If they said "at the hands of Cuban security forces" withour "presumably," it would be bad journalism. Also, the Yoani-skeptics around here should be happy that the Herald added "presumably," because it implies the possibility that the ordeal was self-inflicted, or part of a grander scheme from the Cuban government, to garner pity for Yoani.
