1) most of the science gives proof that there are ups and downs naturally to our climate-and anyone that has been up to Alaska and observed the shrinking of the Mendenhall glacier can see up close and personal that we have had relative warming of the last 100-200 years; but to say it is man-made or that we can do much to change it is typical liberal luddite arrogance.
2) these distortions and mistruths by the left about this issue and other issues make the rest of us super wary and cynical--and like the boy who yelled wolf, it will make us all not believe when there is a true environmental (or other issue)issue.

I'm staying in a Conservation mode. I see it as ultimately a National Security Issue, at least until we can drill and dig for energy resources without being stopped at every turn by the "Environmental" Movement. -S-

To that let me point out the Brits have been ahead of us on this in that like 2 years ago, I'm thinking, they came out with the opposing movie to Al Gore's movie. Also, they Brit people and the Brit news agencies, to some extent, had their fill of this take-over roughly about that time 2 yrs ago. NOW, with climategate breaking huge as not only hoax of the century, but of recorded human history, the American MSM is pretty much looking the other way, FOX only one covering it, and it's been up to the bloggers and conservative talkers to keep it from just 'dying-out' .

So, the Brit news agencies, once again, are the ones reporting anything on this. Limbaugh read a blogger from the Telegraph UK (I believe) that said to dump your 'alternative energy' type stocks because it's about to go belly-up.

Poor friggin GE. They might have to let go some of the assclowns over at that circus they call a cable news network. HEH!

I'm certain you are aware, that the root of this isn't environmental best practices or anything, it's socialism. We already know how that ends.
