Despite knowing Republicans would not be in attendance, Senator Barbara "Unemployment is great for the climate" Boxer, went ahead and held a "mark up" meeting for her and John Kerry's massive cap-and-tax energy rationing legislation. The image above shows just how much support said legislation has among the committee members.
