Vietnam era pilots survived repeated cheapshot commie SAM missile attacks by turning and flying straight at the rising projectiles. This blinded the missiles to the aircraft's jet exhaust and thus saved both plane and pilot.

Admiral Nelson told his captains to do the same thing, forget ornate tactics, go straight at them.

Cowards to the end, they become instantly frightened and make stupid mistakes which often become their downfall.
