This is a great remake of the original. I liked it very much. And yes, read into it. It was meant to be that way.

Sounds like an updated expanded telling of the old Twilight Zone episode, "To Serve Man" about space aliens who arrived, cozied up to humans, and had some kinda book they always referred to - which was a cookbook of the episode's title.

Frankly, I was more an Outer Limits fan myself. The racks in the radio room here at casa d'Amplitron are identical to those you see over and over and over in the Outer Limits, they're Western Electric, late 40s vintage, bought 'em offa guy, New Hampshire, back '86.

Whatza gotta do, this V & the one?

Dunno. Maybe another good pschology case study.

Slow news day at Breitbart?

"Peters has been demoted to exec producer, a largely honorary title ..."

Right. So why is J.J. Abrams, Hollywood's wunderkind, listed as executive producer on most if not all of his television shows? As he is listed for Fringe. And LOST. And (previously) Alias.

USA Today did a story about V the other day. This show was developed back in 2007, long before Obamamania struck. The people acting on the show, they are split on how to interpret the Visitors. Some think they are making light of Obamanauts. Others think the Visitors and their followers are like those in various religious conservative movements.

I guess everyone sees what they see. It would make for an interesting psychological case study.

They say that instead of watching election returns, Obama was watching his loving autobiography on HBO.
Wonder if he'll watch V on Demand tv?
