Near the end of his interview, Fenstermaker, who is a 5-star product of the Bill Ayers educational system, refused/couldn't/wouldn't define "evil" -- he simply could not bring himself to pronounce the word. At that point you realize he is beyond all hope.

While I become incensed with amoral, sellout scums like him gloating about their part in a sham they call the "rule of law" process, it is very important - in fact, crucial that we hear these people and learn what we are up against, and how our kids are being braindirtied by a host of soulless profs in a system that subcribes to a lethal relativism in the most important aspects of human existence. In a way it is fascinating to watch and hear an otherwise intelligent man completely bury his logic and ethics (assuming he has any) inside his political ideology.

Holder and Fenstermaker are peas in a pod; don't ever be surprised if they would sustain the same opinions, and the same conduct, if their own families were blown to smithereens by the likes of the terrorits they defend. In Holder's case, it is even more despicable b/c he's working on behalf of his buddies/partners at his former lawfirm, at the expense of the hide of the American people. He's the lowest of the lowest, far worse than obama, axelstick, and ballerina emanuel. He is totally wicked.

This is what the mindset of moral equivalency leads to - nit picking, finding fault with this country instead of our enemies, thinking anyone whom we consider an enemy has reason for hating us.
He is dressed well and who or what is paying for those smart looking clothes and lovely hair cut? It's either our great capitalism or the enemies of this country paying. Either way he is an ungrateful snob and I wish he would live under Sharia law somewhere where he would not be able to look so good or be a pest against us.
He had around fifteen times to give an honest, personal straight answer to a straight question and refused to. He was proud, not only to uphold the rule of law, which none of these defendants have earned, not being American citizens, but to hate America and justify others anger against us. He, like all liberals, cannot give a straight answer because it would reveal his true prejudices and then the jig would be up.

He makes you want to beat that smug smile off his face, right? And, no, I don't mean O'Reilly. Everyone, no matter how vile their crime, deserves a fair trial. As an enemy combatant, though, a military tribunal is more than fair. I would be surprised if this trial actually takes place.
