Yes, the House plan saves the federal government $104 billion, which is close to 2 times the savings of the GOP plan. However, supporters of the House plan appear to be failing to recognize the simple fact that the cost of the House plan is 20 times more than that of the GOP plan. Who exactly is "buying"?
