I'm thinking this is how the left intends to go after the Bush Admin ... without directly going after the Bush Admin. This also puts in jeopardy our troops at the whim of the leftist/anti-American/antiwar world for "war crimes".
As I stated in my email, the active duty and retired Marines I'm talking to about this, well, they are saying "it's time" (if you get my drift). And these guys have been stating over the last 10-11 months "it's NOT time yet".

This is not surprising. The United States has been a Fabian Socialist Society for decades now. We are inexorably headed towards a one-world government. Didn't Bill Clinton put American troops under a UN General's command? All of these entangling alliances that our wise nation's founders warned about are taking place and they've been taking place for years.
