This is heart wrenching indeed.
It fascinates me as I look at the postcards, pictures, and hear the feelings expressed how similar the Cuban experience seems to be in all of us-even those like me who grew up far away from the Miami Cuban epicenter and only amongst "yanqui's". It speaks to how rich and deep our heritage is and the profound loss our parents have felt (and imparted on my generation).
