Important African Potentates visit Cuba!

Former South African President P.W. Botha

Former South African "President" P.W. Botha

Under Botha's Apartheid rule South African Blacks enjoyed among the highest life expectancy and lowest infant mortality rates on the African continent--by far! (better rates than under post-apartheid rule!)

Yet we search the media and academic journals in utter, utter, utter vain for comments such as: "OK, sure, South Africa's blacks could not vote, you blockheaded, intransigent, recalcitrant, embargo-proponent, anti-Apartheid hard-liners!--but, by golly, they sure enjoyed great health-care!"

Alas, Castro's Cuba is currently being honored by visits from illustrious African and other Third-World "leaders":

"Heads of State from Seychelles James Alix Michel, Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Tanzania, Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete met with Cuban President Raul Castro and they assessed their links."

"while Cuban Vice President José Ramón Machado Ventura met Prime Minister of Tonga Feleti Vakauta Sevele."

And why not?! The Castro's certainly plunged Cuba from the first to the third-world with amazing speed.

VAMOS BIEN!!!
