As far back as the early eighties people defecting from Cuba spoke about castro's biowarfare program. Reagan's administration sat on their ass not doing anything about it. In 1999 Ken Alibek, a former KGB agent who defected to the United States, wrote a very detail book on Biowarefare. In his book he gives detailed information on how the Soviet Union helped Cuba develop their biowarfare program. Mr. Alibek informed both the Clinton and the Bush administrations on the terribly danger Cuba possed for the U.S. and the world. Neither the Clinton administration nor the Bush administration did anything about it. I definitely don't expect anything from the Obama administration This is not news.
