Cuba 1952-1959 Book Presentation in Miami

On Wednesday 27-January, Manuel Márquez-Sterling will deliver a talk in Spanish at the Miami presentation of his book, Cuba 1952-1959: The True Story of Castro's Rise to Power. His talk will be followed by a panel discussion with question and answer period, and book signing. Panelists are Marcos Antonio Ramos, Alberto Luzárraga, and Sylvia G. Iriondo.

The book presentation is sponsored by sponsored by Herencia/Cuban Cultural Heritage and the University of Miami's Institute of Cuban and Cuban American Studies (ICCAS). It will be held on January 27, 2010 at the University of Miami’s Casa Bacardi, 1531 Brecia Ave., Coral Gables, FL. The program begins at 7:00 pm.
