One of the reasons the left has been so successful in this country is their constant use of the courts to get their way. For years, they have kept filing and filing and filing lawsuits at every level and for every one of their causes, chipping away at the resistance and eventually poking holes through which they gained standing and decisions in their favor. This is most evident with the greenies, the enviroloons who have even succeeded in draining the San Joaquin Valley in CA --- who would've thought?

All the while, the rest of the population did nothing. Now we wake up to the nightmare of doing nothing.

I say we need to get off our ****es and follow the example of the left: be ruthless in our persistence to drag them to court or to wherever they need to be dragged. This belief that all the federal courts are sold out to the left is a limp excuse for inaction; they are not. When the greens started their rampage of lawsuits, they did not have instant victory. Neither will we. But THEY kept at it, and so should WE.

It took years to chisel away at the foundations, and sadly, the left always told us what they intended to do and we did little since Woodrow W. Now that we got a cannon ball through the gaping hole of our constitutional foundation, don't you think it's time we turn the guns on them, legal/cultural/media or otherwise? People who are not interested in victory shoudn't get on a playing field. We have too many of those in our ranks. They're a useless and dispiriting force. They're not part of the solution, they're the problem and they should get out of the way of those who are genuinely working to restore the fundamentals of our govt. and bring sanity back to the halls of Congress.

"Health Care is the keystone in the arch of socialism." -Vladimir Ilyich Lenin

They're just full of themselves now, on a roll. Giddy, gloating, covetous of yet more communist planks to shove down the throats of the citizens whom they've long held in contempt. They're not to be envied. They're having their reward now, ephemeral though it be.

Happy Dependence Day.

The great experiment that was the United States began a slow death with Woodrow Wilson, had brief moments of surging recovery and even greatness, but tonight the tubes of life support were pulled and the ever-slowing, syncopated beeps of the heart monitor count down to our grinding coda... her first breath a roar with a shot heard 'round the world, her last breath a wimper with one too many self-inflicted wounds.

RIP Columbia, The Great Republic - the first nation founded on individual liberty and sovereignty and the understanding that free people were not only the means to the ideal society of most equal opportunity, but that freedom was a moral end in and of itself.

God bless the USA. May her people remember her fondly and from its ashes give rise to something greater.

The madness commenced in 2006, when the moronic masses put the Democrats firmly in control of Congress, then signed and sealed the death sentence by putting this Marxist puppeteer in the White House in 2008. I pray this can be overturned, but, there is so much more damage these unmitigated scumbags and their enablers can do before November. Even then, can we ever trust an ignorant, ill-informed, whinny electorate to ever get it right again. Fucking pathetic!

The majority of Americans who voted for Obama are the youth. They are droids now, if you didn't notice. Them being as selfish as they are(I don't mean all but most) will be and are the future of this country. They don't care about traditions, patriotism and anything of the sort. All they care about is making sure they are online and they can listen to "their" music. They have no aspirations, no dreams, no "Hope." They are the future, either you like it or not.

Tell me, what in the hell, are they going to do for a "Living"?? This is the change they really wanted and now they got it! The government will do everything for them.

Now the next move by the Obama administration is to place key members of their socialist movement in key places to head and control all the "New" Health Care positions.

As for doctors, we don't need them anymore really, because they are all drug pushers anyway, if you really think about it.

So the future of our youth would be, a bunch of "Junkies" working for the government like slaves. That's the change they really wanted and they got it!

I might sound depressingly crazy here because I'm pissed but this is how I see the future. Right now that is. I'm praying they wake up and see the light.

This is the "World" we live in today. Let's hope I'm completely wrong.

And don't forget the thousands of new jobs that will be created! to the fastest growing sector of the economy, the US government
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will see its largest expansion since withholding taxes were first enacted during WWII to enforce the glut of new tax mandates and penalties included in the Democrats' latest health care plan
The part that I like best it Doctors will now be told how much the can charge,mo longer will you come home after paying through the nose for a medical procedure and then see your
doctor drive off in a late model Mercedes. Heck we might even see Doctors having to get two jobs like in other countries who have learned to live with socialized medicine, so can we!
Lets roll........

At my church, which is mostly black, many are no longer starstruck by Obama -- they are horrified by what's in this bill. I know this is just anecdotal evidence but if it reflects the black community as a whole (and I suspect it does) there is serious trouble afoot for the president.

The bill still hasn't been signed into law, plus 37 states are going to sue the government over the insurance mandate and other things. Then you have the fact that more details about the bill will come out, not to mention details about the House equivalents of the Cornhusker Kickback and Louisiana Purchase briberies.

Life as a Congressional Democrat is about to get extremely unpleasant.

Come on guys this is historic, look at the bright side of things, Under the legislation, health insurance will be extended to nearly all Americans, even aliens will have access to our capable health care system, "We proved that we are still a people capable of doing big things," Mr Obama said in remarks after the vote."We proved that this government - a government of the people and by the people - still works for the people," he added.

Now no one will be without health insurance, you can't drive without car insurance so you should not be able to walk around without health insurance either, hey American people want change, they voted for it, the hoped for it, let them get it!

This is only the beginning, this will empower our great leaders to think big and to make other sweeping changes that need to be make in order to remake America and take it in a whole new direction.

I’m not a Bible banger, so I don’t often quote from the scriptures. This is not one of those times:

"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sows that will he also reap."

I sure hope so.

My anger can't be put into words.

However, we didn't get to this point overnight. Decades of brainwashing in the public schools, apathy by the voters, RINOs, and a soldout press have helped to produce all this.

I agree with George; if we don't make people pay a price in Nov., then la conga sigue, these corrupt politico types will be convinced that we're suckers and morons and it will embolden them to continue shoving crap our way because, after all, they pay no price.

I'm not a pessimist, and I don't turn over easily. Even if it looks this bad, I put up a fight. The American people are basically noble and law abiding. But, remember, they also got their start with a corrupt government that kept taxing them and refused to listen. Pick up the pitchfork and get moving. We're dealing with cowards who have a short shelf-life, let's not give them any more terrain.
