The record of Charles Rangel in this area is a disgrace. Then again he is a national disgrace on many other levels. I think he has been in office almost as long as Castro has been running Cuba
Nice poster and I am enraged about the death of Tamayo and the incarceration of Biscet and Farinas. However, this big to do about the mistreatment of black cubans is reminiscent of the same when the "Fresas y Chocolate" or the Reinaldo Arenas movies came out and Americans discovered that gays were mistreated by the Castro regime. Well, guess what? EVERYBODY IS MISTREATED BY THE CASTRO REGIME! The only difference is that blacks in Cuba bought into the bullshit much as blacks in America do now. The parallels are astounding.
The CBC is a waste of time if you expect them to care, but I don't think standing outside a local office with a poster of Coco, Biscet, etc. asking why they support slavery and torture of blacks in Cuba would be.
How about a link or is this just a picture? I want to send ot to my congressman who is a CBC member who went to Cuba.
We have to get this on a poster.
Its easy enough as long as we have the rights to do so.
Painfully beautiful design.
I don't think there would be a problem as long as it is not used commercially.

We need some of these posters to take to demonstrations and put in front of the CBC offices.
Barbara Lee, Diane Watson, and Maxine Waters for starters. The list is here:

Already emailed one to my CBC congressman.

Oh, and don't waste your time with the Black Caucus. I am as sympathetic to their cause as they are to mine.

It would certainly make them uncomfortable.
