Two Female Members of Cuban Opposition detained by Castro State Security

AimeeOn Friday afternoon, Katia Sonia Martín Velíz and Aimee Cabrales Aguilar were arrested by State Security as they left Katia's home, Cuba Independiente y Democratica (CID) is reporting. The two women were violently apprehended by their arms and legs and tossed into waiting cars.
As of yesterday, the whereabouts of Aimee Cabrales Aguilar were not yet known. According to the husband of Katia, she was being held in a police station in Miramar on charges of actions against the revolution. The security agent told Katia's husband that it was impossible to interrogate her because of her refusal to cooperate with Castro security.
