Marco Rubio to the rescue – Video Added

He's not special, he's just a well-raised Cuban man...

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio came to the rescue of former First Lady Nancy Reagan at an event in California Tuesday night.

Mrs. Reagan was walking on the arm of Rubio into an event at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum, when she lost her balance.

Rubio managed to catch the 90-year-old Reagan mid-fall, and kept her on her feet.

Reagan said she was OK, and was not hurt.

The former first lady had invited Rubio to speak at her late husband's library, located in Simi Valley, California.

Library spokeswoman Melissa Giller said Reagan apparently tripped on a post used for crowd control, but she continued the rest of the evening without any problems.

Drillanwr/Maggie: Rubio is destined to set America back on her feet.

Nice to see Marco Rubio to the rescue.

Now we need Marco to rescue America from the damage caused by the Marxist/Muslim anti-American BS artist and the liberals.

    Run Marco, run....

I don't care what the pundits say, this man is destined to lead our country. This was supposed to be his West Coast introductory. People out here will be impressed by him!

Except I do wish he would stop with the compassionate business.
The implication is that conservatives and other republicans are not compassionate and we need him to remind our side that this country is also compassionate.
The best thing we can do to show compassion is to get this country moving again, get more people into jobs and off the addiction for government handouts.
It becomes irritating to hear him keep talking about how we are also a compassionate country.
