In a report called into Hablalo Sin Miedo by Martha Beatriz Roque, two Ladies in White from Santiago de Cuba were arrested and all their belongings confiscated, including their clothes. They were released in Havana by the Castro political police without their phones, penniless, and without clothes.

Transcription:

Yesterday, in the neighborhood of Santo Su… (unintelligible) Tania Montoya Vasquez and Aime Garces Leiva, both from the province of Santiago de Cuba, were detained and all their belongings taken from them, including telephones, their white clothes since both are Ladies in White, and also all the money they had, which was destined to the 14 prisoners from Santiago de Cuba. They went to Unit 21 of the counterintelligence to protest this seizure and they were told they would be told the outcome of their claim later. They are both in Havana without a cent and without any clothes they can wear.

This is Marta Beatriz Roque Cabello from the Cuban community communicators network reporting.

End of message.
