Awesome and Strange Views from High Above

I thought, perhaps, some of you all needed a bit of a distraction, as I do. I've been having AOL issues for a few days (don't even start with me. AOL is like the boyfriend that always keeps messing up, but when he's with you it's all good...). So, I came across a couple "Hmm" items I thought I'd share.

Some awesome footage from up above on the International Space Station.

There is some really weird stuff going on in China's desert, as seen from space on Google Map imaging that rival the Nazca Lines and shapes and China's own unexplainable "ghost cities". Some interesting details that people are observing from the images being updated at Gizmodo. Two of the most interesting:
