Yoani Sanchez reports from Cuba that the Castro dictatorship has cut off the cell phones of former prisoner of conscience and opposition leader Dr. Oscar Elias Biscet and his wife Elsa Morejon.

Just in time for Pope Benedict XVI's visit to Cuba next week, the authorities have cut off service to cell phones belonging to former prisoner of conscience Oscar Elias Biscet and his wife Elsa Morejon, according to blogger Yoani Sanchez.
