Bishop’s snub of raul castro was unintentional, I assure you

There's a video from the pope's visit that's going viral. It shows Pope Benedict and raul castro receiving a line of bishops warmly. Except one bishop shakes the pope's hand and exits stage left leaving raul hanging with a chagrined expression on his face.

Many are taking this as an act of courage by the bishop on question, which is Dionisio Garcia of Santiago. Make no mistake about it, this was a simple error by the bishop not an intentional snub. Bishop Garcia has shown that he has no problem shaking raulita's hand in the past as you see in this picture that was published in El Pais.
