So like in Arizona the court abdicated its responsibility and tells us we can simply refuse to pay the tax. well, bully for us.
Now we MUST elect Romney. We MUST and he must do as he promised and overturn it.
What the court is doing is being constitutional. It is not legislating from the bench. The one time I wouldn't have minded if it did. So liberals who are so worried that a right wing court will harm them never had anything to worry about.
It is throwing it back to the legislature. Our 2010 elected conservatives must begin the process of overturning.
If this guy gets reelected....I don't want to finish this sentence.

obama has to hawk it as a tax, not a mandate, because it violates the Commerce Clause; so his "upheld" mandate = tax on the people; it can't fly except as a tax
Since the early 1900's, this was bound to happen sooner or later -- it so happens we are witnessing it today, but it has been a long time brewing. The hope is that this will be the kick the citizenry needs to get their collective ****sses in gear and push back the red hordes that are sucking the life out of our country. Today I expected a bad ruling, frankly, after the Arizona fiasco. But while most of us commenters here don't need a bad ruling to be energized, it's not the same for the rest of the country; the apathy is well entrenched when ppl pay no attention to what's being done to them. IMHO, our only hope now is that the voters' reaction will be lethal to this govt.
