The outrage against Alan Gross (and the U.S.) finally drove the State Dept. to Popeye-eske dudgeon "That's all I can stands!--I can't stands no more!"

So today the U.S. State Dept. puffed up its chest, balled its fists--and officially canceled the migration talks with Cuba!!!

Several billion $ in remittances and travel expenses will continue to flow from the U.S. to Cuba. An additional 20,000 "New Cubans" will continue to flow to the U.S annually to maintain this cash-flow....BUT BY GOLLY...no more migration talks for now! ..SO TAKE THAT!
