With Mitt Romney traveling abroad Team Obama find themselves re-writing Obama History. By the way, ever notice these people refer to in-their-face facts and truth as "fog"?

London Fog: Just the other day there was the remark Romney made in London regarding the bust of hero Winston Churchill. It had been on display since shortly after 9/11 when Pres. George W. Bush had happily accepted the statue from ally and friend Great Britain. You will recall as soon as Obama moved into the Oval Office he had the bust removed, boxed-up, and then sent to the British Embassy. Obama was told by the Brits he could keep Winston, but Obama said no thanks, and the Brits took it home. (Obama's disdain for the English goes way back...) Well, after Romney's comment while in England, that he will eagerly accept the return of the Churchill bust once he moves into the Oval Office, the Obama White House was quick to insist on its website the Winston Churchill bust had never been returned to the British, and this was some sort of rumor ...

Lately, there’s been a rumor swirling around about the current location of the bust of Winston Churchill. Some have claimed that President Obama removed the bust of Winston Churchill from the Oval Office and sent it back to the British Embassy.

Now, normally we wouldn’t address a rumor that’s so patently false, but just this morning the Washington Post’s Charles Krauthammer repeated this ridiculous claim in his column. He said President Obama “started his Presidency by returning to the British Embassy the bust of Winston Churchill that had graced the Oval Office.”

This is 100% false. The bust still in the White House. In the Residence. Outside the Treaty Room.

However, in February 2009 the British media covered the Obama rejection of the artwork...

A bust of the former prime minister once voted the greatest Briton in history, which was loaned to George W Bush from the Government’s art collection after the September 11 attacks, has now been formally handed back.

The bronze by Sir Jacob Epstein, worth hundreds of thousands of pounds if it were ever sold on the open market, enjoyed pride of place in the Oval Office during President Bush’s tenure.

But when British officials offered to let Mr Obama to hang onto the bust for a further four years, the White House said: “Thanks, but no thanks.”

Diplomats were at first reluctant to discuss the whereabouts of the Churchill bronze, after its ejection from the seat of American power. But the British Embassy in Washington has now confirmed that it sits in the palatial residence of ambassador Sir Nigel Sheinwald, just down the road from Vice President Joe Biden’s official residence. It is not clear whether the ambassador plans to keep it in Washington or send it back to London.

Uh oh-h-h-h! This might just be one of the key reasons this administration is so hot and heavy to have control of the internet. A simple "google" debunks their "debunking" ... The boobs in the Obama White House then had to tweak things a bit as a tale of two busts ... knowing full well which Churchill bust Romney was talking about in his statement.

The one that was loaned to the George W. Bush administration in 2001 was returned after Bush left office and now resides at the British ambassador’s residence in Washington.

A second bust, which is part of the White House’s own art collection, is displayed in the White House. It is that bust which Obama is pictured looking at with Cameron in 2010.

Foggy, indeed.

Which brings me to Israel. Mitt Romney's trip across the Atlantic takes him to Great Britain, Israel, and Poland. Somebody seriously needs to sit down Nancy Pelosi and get her attention, scatter-brained as she is, and advise her to actually know what the facts are before she opens her yap. In four years Obama has given no more than lip-service to Israel while making several trips to Muslim countries. Nancy is now trying to insist he has ... not once, but "Over and Over Again"...

Contrary to Pelosi's apparent claim, President Obama hasn't been to Israel over and over again. He's never been as president, which is certainly what Pelosi implied. Well, maybe he visited Israel "over and over" before becoming president, and that's what Pelosi meant to say? No. When he was senator, Obama went on two trips to Israel, once with several other freshmen members of Congress, and then as a presidential candidate. And he'd never been interested enough in Israel to visit as a private citizen. So much for the notion that Obama's been "over and over again."

So Pelosi is wrong, and the Emergency Committee is right. But Pelosi's resort to a whopper to try to reassure pro-Israel voters does suggest how worried Democrats must be about the reaction to Obama's attempt to create distance between his administration and Israel, as Obama's Israel policy gets more scrutiny.

Well, we are talking about the woman who proclaimed we needed to pass the over a trillion dollar non-healthcare but loaded with regulations and mandates/taxes/penalties Obamacare bill so we could find out what is in it away from the fog of the controversy. Yeah, she said "fog" in there. The "fog" was/is the facts and truth those who have read and taken apart the near 3000 page bill, now law, have been bellowing about since before it was passed.

However, Stretch wasn't done. She had to strike out at those poor victimized Republican Jews...

In an interview, House minority leader Nancy Pelosi said that she believes Republican Jews are “being exploited,” but she was sure to add, “And they’re smart people.”

Pelosi made the comments in response to whether Jewish voters would support President Barack Obama in the presidential election later this year.

“I think [Obama] will” win the Jewish vote, Pelosi said, when pressed on the subject. “I think that he will, because the fact is when the facts get out. You know, as many of the Republicans are using Israel as an excuse, what they really want are tax cuts for the wealthy. So Israel, that can be one reason they put forth.”

The interviewer then added, “That’s why some of the Republican Jewish supporters are really active.”

Pelosi responded, “Well, that’s how they’re being exploited. And they’re smart people. They follow these issues. But they have to know the facts. And the fact is that President Obama has been the strongest person in terms of sanctions on Iran, which is important to Israel.

I am certain all those "smart" republican/conservative Jews are grateful to have Nancy Pelosi so concerned, and looking out for them. Oh, and in the fog of controversy over Chick-fil-a Nan wants everyone to know she prefers KFC. As "national treasures" go, Nancy Pelosi has proven to be one of this nation's bad pennies.

Well, anyhow, I can't wait to see what historic sites in Poland Mitt Romney visits, and to hear what he has to say while in Poland ... and then to hear what the Obama White House (who will have more flexibility after the election) has to say in response. You?

More London Fog ... While in London Mr. Romney made remarks about the city's security readiness for the Olympics currently underway there. For some reason he came under-fire, even though "Everything Mitt Romney said is completely true."
