“There’s no freedom and liberty in Cuba”

Thank you Senator.

An impressive and generous opening sentiment and one we ought to hear more often. "There is no freedom or liberty in Cuba." Not to get crassly political, but only one of our two political parties would stand for such a thought to be expressed from their convention floor.

I missed this part of the speech last night, which I suppose is what I get for flipping back-and-forth between the convention's major speakers and the opening of the college football season. Many thanks for publicizing it.
