The Audacity of That … That … That Mitt Romney! How Dare He!

Hey, how about MSNBC put on their big boy pants.

It seems MSNBC's Chris Matthews does not believe his lord and savior, Barack Hussein Obama, should dare be challenged in the election, least of all by that arrogant and disdain-filled (you know racist is coming, again) Mitt Romney...

The complete on air meltdown this man is going to have when Obama loses in November ... Well, Chris, I hope crapping away the balance of your career for the empty-suited, empty chair has been worth it.

Meanwhile, the other media "news" bumpkins over at MSNBC are now blaiming Mitt Romney for not allowing them to cover the, like, actual important facts about the deadly U.S. consulate siege in Benghazi. He was holding the whole of the news media world hostage ... or something...

Mitt Romney looked, sounded and acted like a real leader of the United States should the night of and the day after.

These people are certifiable and contemptible.

Mitt apparently has the same impact on the media that certain cartoons and film trailers have on certain other demographics. One press conference and the massed ranks of American J-school alumni are jumping up and down in the street like inbred goatherds yelling “Death to Romney!” To avoid all this unnecessary inflaming, maybe the LA County sheriff could take Mitt into custody, too.

CNN is going down, NY Times is going down; MSNBC will go down-it will be sweet to have Chris Mathews off of the air.
Sadly though, as all this is happening, where are our stations? Fox is no longer what it was; and even in the print media world, WSJ is alos not what it was 5 years ago. Or maybe that's just what I'm seeing and I'm full of it...

    Yes raddoc,

Mathews will off the air sooner or later if he keeps making such bonehead statements. His ratings will continue to sink until the network has no other choice but to let him go.

From Oprah to the NYT nearly every MSM outlet has lost ratings since 2008 due to the MSM love affair with Obama. This trend will continue.

Fox is no longer what it was, indeed.

Romney must be doing very well. If he weren't, the msm would be quiet about him. But now that they feel the need to lie about him in this over the top way, he must be a great campaigner.

    Honey,

Right now the MSM is at its worst in history. Never in our time the media has so blatantly supported a failed US presidency such as this one.

Freedom, Obama's Pravda is on the march. May it be forward over the cliff along with this administration.

    Without a doubt, George...

Unfortunately they are only too well paid, perhaps not by Obama, but by their bosses. (And I am not sure some arrangement is not being made with Obama.)

I speak to people all the time and they say "Where did you hear that?" or "That's not what they said on TV." I spend a great deal of time showing them the truth from the original sources. That is if they will listen. Liberals will never listen to anything.

    Honey -

That's because they have been conditioned by the media to only take in so much and then move on.

There was a line in the movie "The Big Chill". One of the friends was a writer for People Magazine. One of the others was bemoaning how he'd expected higher digs for the guy's writing ability. But he was told the key was to write things only long enough for the typical sit-down on the toilet.

They have induced an ADD over the American people.

People like us are the odd balls because we actually want a hell of a lot more than out of context soundbites.

  • Willie Brown is an abject moron.

    1. The losing political Party in any election always believes that the winner should not have won. If you thought that your opposition's candidate should be the President, then why did you run a candidate against him to begin with? In the the case of George W. Bush the opposition spent the first two years of his first term challenging the bloody counts, and the second half running against his re-election.

    2. What political Party doesn't believe that they are "totally and completely right" Mr. Brown? Don't you believe that you are "totally and completely right" in your political views? If you don't believe that you are "totally and completely right" in your political views, and you espouse them anyway, doesn't that make you a liar and a hypocrite? Or does it just make you a progressive?

What the American people will do is yet to be seen.

George, there's no such thing as an unpaid prostitute. They're only too well paid, and not just with money. Otherwise, you'd better believe most of them would look for a more rewarding occupation.

  • raddoc

What they say publicly is not how they act privately. Many progressives send their kids to private schools and not public, etc. The occupiers in NY dined on yummy food and rarely spent the night in their tents. Pukey Al Gore with his gigantic carbon footprints-be they house, plane, or car. The list of sanctimonious words (what they think is moral, not me), and hypocritical actions goes on and on.
