Same as it ever was…same as it ever was…same as it ever was (U.S. Gov. still funding Castro Movement)

David-Byrne

Oct. 6, 2012. "The New American Foundation (NAF) will receive a 3-year, $4.3 million grant from USAID's Cuba democracy programs."

The NAF, by the way, funds The Havana Note, which features, among many other propaganda auxiliaries for Castro's Stalinist regime, Venceremos Brigadista (a DGI creation)Gail Reed, who has lived in Cuba since 1978 and is married to Cuban DGI kingpin Julian Torres.

Retired Cuban spycatcher Chris Simmons outed Reed a while back.

“Everyone in the CIA and everyone at State was pro-Castro, except [Republican] ambassador Earl Smith.” (CIA operative in Santiago Cuba 1957-60, Robert Weicha.)

"Without U.S. help Castro would never have gotten into power,” flatly testified former U.S. Ambassador to Cuba, Earl T. Smith during Congressional testimony in 1960.

So are we back to square one?

And, oh......The New America Foundation--now being lavished with USAID $millions-- is on record as a rabid--an extremely hard-line opponent of USAID's Cuba democracy programs(at least as of last Friday)

Close enough for government work, folks.

Fidel laughing8raul

And you may find yourself running a Stalinist fiefdom for over half a century..
And you may ask yourself, well how did we get here...
(Amb. Earl T. Smith knows)

Proposed shorthand for the Cuban Revolution: Bastards in Costume.

Let's not forget that the ambassador before Smith was Gardner and he also tried to warn the State Department about Castro as well, and they turned their backs and did not listen.
