American journalism has hit bottom

From The American Spectator, a cautionary take on the members of the MSM (a/k/a Reichsministerium für Volksaufklärung und Propaganda): "What If Crowley and Her Accomplices Succeed?"

[...] The JournoList scandal and several subsequent incidents of journalistic collusion have demonstrated that the media have collectively decided to take up the mantle of the Democrat party as well as its corrupt candidates. They have, as Caddell puts it, "made themselves the enemy of the American people." Thus, much more is riding on the outcome of November's election than who will live in the White House. The voters will be deciding if we still live in a democracy or a nation that has been "fundamentally transformed" into a place where self-appointed elites decide our destinies without regard to what we want or need.

It's not journalism, but political advocacy posing as such. The MSM is so steeped in corruption that it will only "straighten out" if that becomes the only way it can survive, and even then, it would never be truly clean or trustworthy, not with the current players still in place. Of course, when at least 85% of media people are Dems, what can one expect?

And btw, American "journalism" hit bottom long ago, only more discreetly than now. Ask the NYT.
