President of American Intellectual Property Law Assoc. swallows Castroite propaganda

"I am currently on my first International trip, leading an AIPLA delegation to Cuba. Since I don't know much about the 20th century history of Cuba, I recently read the book Havana Nocturne by T.J. English. The book was recommended to me by past AIPLA President Bill Rooklidge." (Current AIPLA Pres. Jeffrey I.D. Lewis)

Here's an ultra-educated American professional with (probably) no leftist inclinations. In fact his professional specialty is defending private property rights. But to educate himself on Cuba the first, primary and (probably) exclusive source for this President of the American Intellectual Property Law Assoc. to learn about Cuban history is a book written essentially by the Stalinist regime's propaganda bureau.

This propaganda brochure (masquerading as non-fiction) was recommended to him by another ultra-educated American professional who specializes in defending private property rights.

As exposed here on Babalu, the Castroite propaganda brochure (masquerading as non-fiction) was actually plagiarized from a novel written by a Castro-regime propaganda apparatchik, Enrique Cirules. The eminent Jurisconsult Jeffrey I.D. Lewis, (I'm guessing) is completely innocent of any knowledge regarding the sourcing for his presumably first, primary and exclusive source on Cuban history and will accept it all at face value. And why not? After all it jives perfectly with Godfather II.

This ,amigos, is a classic example of what we're up against.

"Propaganda is vital--propaganda is the heart of our struggle." (Fidel Castro to Melba Hernandez 1955)

Yeah, the Mob ran Cuba, all Cuban women were prostitutes and all Cuban men were either rich oligarchs or exploited peasants. Any questions?
