The Right To Work Takes Hard Work

A lot of action today up in Michigan as the state's legislature passed, and Michigan Gov. Snyder just signed, the state's "Right To Work" law, freeing Michigan workers from the union chains therein.

The day was not uneventful as unions swarmed to the state capital and soon, as usual, turned to thuggish mob tactics. Steven Crowder was on hand with Americans for Prosperity in counter protest in support of the right to work law to be passed. Crowder was confronted, and then beaten on camera. The perp can clearly be identified...

And hopefully will be. Just know that these people are part of the problem in this country, and they insist anyone who wants/needs to work must join a union and pay them for the perceived privilege. Only they are allowed to gather and exercise free speech, and there is no private property they cannot destroy in their quest for power.

However, as unions are so known for, the rhetoric soon turned to bloody threats from the rank and file, to the bloated wealthy union leaders, to the shameless union-backed democrats within the Michigan legislature. They all were confident knowing which way the Obama hot air was blowing. So it's all cool with the White House.

Now then, here find one of hundreds of union teachers (Michigan Education Association) that did not show up for work today, resulting in schools being closed and 26,000 Michigan students staying home to vegetate while they (the adults) fought for the children. Notice anything funny about this trophy shot?

It might, in part, explain why roughly only seven percent of Detroit, Michigan public school 8th graders can read proficiently.

What do we learn from this? We may not have taken control of the federal government, but the republican governors of the states are getting things done, and Gov. Rick Snyder is just the latest.

UPDATE: Steven Crowder's assailant identified as an IBEW union official.

Democratic Party Stormtroopers. Absolute thugs and scumbags, overpaid, underworked, pampered SOBs from the lowest elements in our society. It sickens me everytime I see them. The sad thing is these are the elements that will 'run' this country if we don't put a stop to it. What a bunch of lowlifes. It took a lot of courage for the Governor and Legislature to take on these bastards. What's so sick is that these lowlifes are violently protesting the right of an individual to make a choice, rather than having something shoved down their throats. What a nightmare world......

    Ditto Mambi,

This is where the Communist/Marxist/Socialist/Muslim/anti-American bullshit artist is taking our country with the support of the MSM and some very wealthy power players that think that they'll become more wealthy and powerful because of their support for Obama.

How and where all this power play will fare for America is anyone's guess but my instincts tell me it won't be anything good.

I say the GOP must grow some balls once and for all and align itself more with the Tea Party if they want to defeat this cancer that is consuming the heart and soul of America.
