Cell Phone use out of hand(!) in Cuba (says Stalinist regime) time to cut back
I SWEAR I am not making this up:
Since Cubans (who in 1958 owned more TV's, phones and cars than most Europeans) today have fewer cell phones per-capita than the residents of Burkina Faso and Papua New Guinea--the regime is stepping in to curtail this shameless RELAJO! (luxury, waste and profligacy.)
