THURSDAY AT THE MIAMI CONG. OFFICE: Ros-Lehtinen, The Parents Of Jailed Marine Jon Hammar, His Friends, & Supporters Host Press Conference Asking Relevant Federal Agencies To Exhaust All Options & Bring Jon Home

Miami, Florida – This Thursday, December 13th, Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL), the parents of jailed Marine Jon Hammar, his friends, and supporters will host a press conference asking for Jon’s release from a Mexican jail. Ros-Lehtinen and the participants of the press conference will ask all the relevant federal agencies to exhaust all options and bring Jon home.

The press conference will take place at 10:00 am at the Miami Congressional office, located at 4960 SW 72 Avenue, Suite 208, Miami.

Said Ros-Lehtinen, “Jon has been jailed since August and his family has been living a nightmare ever since. I ask the federal agencies involved in this case to redouble their efforts and see this case for what it is: a clear travesty of justice.”

NOTE: Ros-Lehtinen spoke this evening on the Floor of the House demanding that Jon be freed and sent home to his South Florida family.
