OK, so Mr. Pérez just needs to call the National Council of Churches, or maybe just the Methodist Church, and they'll fix this right up. They cared SO much about little Elian that surely they'll care just as much about his child. At the very least, they'll care enough to issue an official statement condemning the US embargo as being responsible for the problem.
