Cuban anarchists claim to be victims of repression by the Castro dictatorship
Not even Cuba's anarchists can catch a break from the repressive and brutal Castro dictatorship.

Cuban anarchists claim to be victims of repression
![]()
In this statement, the Cuban anarchist movement denounces the repression and persecution they are being subjected to by the Castro regime. They are claiming that "the libertarian movement has a history of more than 100 years in Cuba; but the Cuban historians and editors working for the Communist Party have made that disappear in the official historiography."
The Cuban anarchists also added that "the revolution has generated much frustration and deception, particularly among the younger generations. In Cuba, there exists a profound desire for liberty, for dignity, for the ability to speak and act."
