Dual Residency (U.S./Cuban) for Castro’s subjects (mulas)?!
I SWEAR I am not making this up:
Starting today, it appears, that Cubans who hit the U.S. and sign up (quite rapidly, as is usually the case) for the multitude of benefits provided by the Cuban Adjustment Act will be graciously permitted by the Castro regime to retain their Cuban residency.

Can any lawmaker, in good conscience, still claim these people are political refugees?
