Cuba’s Cholera-Killing Hygiene Bucket

The highly advanced medical technological prowess of the Cuban health system has installed a high-tech hygienic  apparatus at the famous Copellia ice cream parlor in Havana. The hygiene system, which is sure to stop Havana's cholera outbreak in its tracks, consists of a bucket of water outside the ice cream parlor where everyone can rinse their hands.
