Cuban dissident Rosa Maria Paya arrives in Madrid, Spain

Rosa Maria Paya, a Cuban dissident and daughter of slain democracy activist Oswaldo Paya, arrived in Madrid for a month-long trip to Europe. Her first stop will be a human rights forum taking place in Switzerland.
