  • asombra: Don’t worry. Castro, Inc. knows what it’s doing, and it knows its public.

  • asombra: Either these people are pitiful idiots or they think everyone else is.

  • asombra: Because, you know, Reuters cares SO much about Cubans, so it really “feels their pain.” Just like Clinton did.

  • asombra: Well, at least Batista didn’t run around in military garb, which he was more entitled to do than either Castro tyrant.

  • Humberto Fontova: This libertarian, scam-artist, cult-leader (but I repeat myself) then uses copyright laws to silence his competitors!!!...

Cuban Dissident abroad pleads for changes in Cuba embargo…

aaa2aaa34aaaa84

She (Lady in White, Berta Soler) want's it TIGHTENED!, that is.....(but we search in utter, utter vain for any mention of this in the MSM?)

Soundbites from Berta Soler's interview in Spain, where she arrived only today and is already RATTLING some major cages! :

* "Repression is intensifying in Cuba...

* "We ask that all political leaders and people of good faith maintain a hard-line against the Castro regime....

* "The embargo must be maintained--all the money that enters Cuba lands in the pockets of the regime...the international community must increase it's pressure on the Castro regime...

* "Nothing's changed in Cuba, it's the same dog with a different collar...

* The only thing Chavez' oil did in Cuba was fill the gas tanks of Castro's police..it did nothing for the rest of us...

* "Of course the Castro regime was involved in the death's of Oswaldo Paya, Harold Cepero and Laura Pollan..."

Entire thing (in Spanish) here.

Bad, BAD Negro, after all Massah's done for her (at least on paper). No "View" spot for you!

I doubt Senator Nelson will invite Soler to address Congress like he invited YS, but she should certainly be invited to do so. She not only deserves it at least as much as YS, but it's critical that there be a counterpoint to what we know YS is going to say about the embargo. It would be a major slip if one of the Cuban senators or representatives fail to put her before Congress--and yes, the Congressional Black Caucus need to have their eyes opened, assuming that's possible.
